Mein letztes Bier aus Sardinien, das mich wirklich positiv überrascht hat. So hat ganz porter-typisch wunderbare Schokolade- und Kakao-Aromen und dabei einen schönen runden Körper.
Es ist ein sanftes, samtiges Bier, das Lust auf mehr macht.

Mein zweites Souvenir aus Sardinien.
Ein eher klassisches Golden Ale mit netter Hopfung 🌿 und einem soliden Körper.
Dabei ist es eher bitter und nicht so flott zu trinken. Es ist ok, aber der große Wurf ist es nicht 🥴.

Eon Mitbringsel meiner Tante von einer Pensionisten-Reise nach Sardinien ⛱️.
Es ist ein IPA von der eher bitteren Sorte, das sich aber gut trinken lässt
Nicht sonderlich ausgefallen kreiert, aber durchaus trinkbar 🤪.

A: clear amber, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: red grape, pink grapefruit, apple peel, biscuit.
T: sweetish grape, apple, bitter grapefruit, biscuit.
F: piney hops, bitter grapefruit peel.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Good, but this is a Pale Ale to me.

A: hazy black, small, foamy, beige head.
A: cold coffee, brown bread, chestnut, old fondant.
T: restrainedly sweetish raisin, bitter coffee & fondant.
F: earthy hops, bitter coffee & tobacco.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Quite subtle but drinkable.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il caffè. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone castagno ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione eccessiva. Il colore è nero come la pece. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia, agrumi e frutta secca.
