20250804, Oct 2024 bottle, doggo photo! wow can't believe I first had this at a jwb share, +.40 for delicious soft dry funk, none of the usual olive notes I usually get on cellador beers. Really nice American Saison du point vibes.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, tart stone fruits, and oak. Flavour is very tart and acidic, with lots of tart stone fruits, floral notes, champagne notes, and funk. Very wild and acidic, but with lots of complexity. Very nice.
