Aromas are tart funky fruit and malt. Flavors are similar to nose and almost too sour. Drink too much of this later in the evening and it's heartburn city in bed. I could see cooking with it. But can't drink too much. It's not too bad if you're into this pretty sour stuff.

Bottle pour at the DCBeer December 2025 share. Poured a slightly hazy orange color with a small white head, I think I got the bottom of the bottle since I got chunks of peaches? In it - not very appetizing, though I know how things can go with bottling. Peach, some smoke? Interesting stuff.

Undated can, but it says Sunset on the bottom, drunk 12/5/25, as pictured.
Interesting nose with soft funk and random fruitiness. Hard to pinpoint since there's so much here, but it all smells well-done and tasteful. Also I don't know what an olallieberry is. The oak seems to even out everything and provide a mildness, but it's still very aromatic with peppery, floral notes lingering.
Tart and yet soft with a chewy, very gently tannic texture. Fruits are well-homogenized and lovely, tastefully done, with moderate but rounded tartness and only a bit of a kick to it on the finish. Oak aging evident in the well-rounded aspect, but no actual oak flavor. Can't really pick out individual fruits; maybe a bit of blueberry, but it doesn't matter.

From Good Times Oakland, MP 4-10 stamped on bottom of the can.

Pours a hazy light amber with a small head of foam that dissipates quickly leaving very little lacing.

The smell is so fruity sour with cherries, raspberries, some ascetic tartness. Lovely.

The taste is the fruits I mentioned that excel in the sourness department. Some ascetic tartness as well. This is a wild ale that is very satisfying.

Good mouthfeel for the style, I would drink this again.

Can from Northpark Bottelcraft. No blend or date stamp.

Stemless wine glass. Oily, dark yellow pour back at the hotel. Quick Guinness cascade.
Soft & salivating peach juice nose, well integrated dry-hop that isn't suffocating or sour.
Flavor is twangy & sweet peach lemon tea with just a basic rustic ale profile, wild yeasts are very polite & only get faint hairs of funk. Lemon merengue, nectarine sweetness, green tea tannins, slight metallic tang, just a nod to funk. Dried fruit & leather finish that just barely nods wild.
Thin, sharp, off-dry, just a hint of wood, ever slight vinegar sweetness on the tail.
Approachable but very flavorful.

Great.

16oz can - cellared for about 6mo. Pretty - simple at first sip, but complex and balanced extremely well. Very nice

On tap at Ridgewood, pours a hazy almost purpleish with a small white head — bottom of the keg? Aroma is full of acidic apricots, some wild notes, and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of bright apricots, high acidity, and some bugginess. That’s too much acidity but the fruit character is very good. Not the most complex fruited wild ale but it’s pleasant.

Still has that pickle cellador note but tasty still. Tangy sweet tart mild funk. Hints of apple sweetness and tartness.
