Thanks Justin for sharing the bottle! Poured into a taster showing pale straw and sparse white foam. The nose shows very sharp tart notes of light stone fruit. The palate is fully carbonated and light bodied. Overly tart with very mild and subtle notes of stone fruit. Not much nuance just rip the enamel off your teeth tartness.

Toranomon Hills tasting, thanks Kay. Light straw yellow, kind of cloudy. some hints of light foam on top. Nose is kind of herbal, bitterish woody feel there. Fruity and has some funk and horse blanket. Taste is super acidic, fruity base there with somewhat salty creaminess. Woody and tart, quite nice overall. refreshing and characterful. Mouthfeel is slick and finishes quite dry.

Murky carrot juice. Fruity aroma, sour fruit, a bit tropical, some carrot. Sharp acidity, lean body, lemony, but wouldn't think of carrot if I didn't know.
Whatever.

The Aromas are mainly fruity sour beer with the faintest whiff of grapefruit which must be the Hops. Flavors are similar to nose, sour dominates if I didn't know that they had used El Dorado hops in here I would never guess. Not a bad sour beer but disappointing as I had hoped for the blast of the Hops.

Bit of Acetone and apple with some heat. Clear pale gold. Apple and some Acetone. A bit harsh.

365ml bottle during Kump's smashed week. Pours a bit hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is acidic with nail polisher notes. Taste is pretty similar with some barrel notes. Meh.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a hazy gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is pepper, yeast, oak, floral. Slick body, citrus, yeast, oak, light dry finish, very good.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark purple with no head. The aroma is strong berry, oak, sherry, grape. Slick body, jammy, blackberry, grape, oak tannin, nice tartness, really enjoyed this.
