Lovely ginger (but no heat), getting the guava and lime as well. As I’d expect from Cellador

Bottle at share. Ruby colored pour with just a thin ring of bubbles. Aroma is fruity, cherries, tartness. Taste is jam, cherries, funk, yeasty. Balanced pucker.

Remarkable for that ABV. Dry slightly funky bright saison. Lemon and floral notes.

Lovely from Cellador as always. Love the bright citrus from the Buddha’s Hand, balances really well with the NZ Wai-Iti and the slight apple notes of the must. Tart, bright, refreshing post-run

Damn, check out that color. Big tartness, the carrot has maybe faded a touch, but so good. Intense soft vegetal notes. Sweet and tart

Wow, this is lovely. Herbal with a ton of really interesting sage and earthy notes going on. Tart up front with a stone fruit apricot character to that. Super balanced. Refreshing

Bottle. Golden beer with an off-white head. Apricot and tart aroma with light oak. Sour and acetic flavor with apricot. Medium bodied. Sour and acetic notes linger with apricot.
