Quite sour. Very citrusy but not distinctly nectarine. Slight vanilla and jasmine presences, which add depth but don’t overwhelm.

It’s a tart ale kind of week. A bit too much bitterness on the back end of this one for me, but nicely funky and apple-y.

Draught at Mohawk Bend: pours deep gold with a white head. Aroma is slightly funky, winy, and fruity. Taste is lightly tart, slightly cheesy, interesting taste.

Still got that cellardor olive note but also lots and lots of orange and funk. Real experimental nice sweet and tasty funk
