375ml bottle from Tavour. Pale golden, cloudy, fizzy head. Tart, fruity aroma, lemony, white grapes. Taste brings the tartness first, white grapes immediately after. Packs a pretty good pucker.

Bottle thanks to Jose. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is peach flesh, lemon zest, yeast, oak. Thin body, tart peach, lemon, oak, light funk, very nice.

Small whitish head, fast gone over hazy yellow-orange beer. Solvent, acids, lavender, almost soapy. Very sharp lactic & fruitacids, peach, and then lavender - but only giving a lining in the background. Light,
acidthinning and -burn. Again one too etching as so many's the American sour. The fruit gives an unmistakable bonus, but it's just too agressive to be fully enjoyable. MALSE lambic, gentlemen! Thanks to Chris Q. and the gang!

very pale golden color, almost translucent. Light loose head that is reminiscent of champagne. Interesting nose of champagne yeast, apricot jam and oak. Very carbonated with tons of yeast. Spritzy mouth feel that is a touch heavy and malty and slightly cloying. Still fairly interesting
Sept 2020 Damn that's some fresh peach funk, lil bit of cellador acidity, lots of peach fuzz funk.

On tap at Cellador, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with fresh strawberries and rose petals upfront, with light oak, and gentle acidity. Flavour is fresh, with lots of tart strawberries, gentle floral rose petals, medium-high acidity, and somewhat harsh earthy (not quite phenolic) character. Fairly highly acidic, but in keeping with the general character of the beer. Very good.

Bottle pour at Cellador, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright peaches and nectarines as advertised, with gentle mixed cultures and some rustic notes. Flavour is bright and fruity, with loads of peaches and nectarines, moderate acidity, and light mixed bugs. The stone fruit comes through beautifully here, imparting the right amount of acidity. Excellent.

On tap at Cellador, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light oak, wild yeast, some stone fruit, and a little honey-like sweetness. Flavour reveals a complex array of mixed bugs, some rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Subtle and elegant, this works really well. Excellent.

On tap at Cellador, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is earthy, with the tea-like bergamot character coming out, along with general herbal character and some rustic saison yeast. Flavour is gently tart, with lots of earthy bergamot, herbal notes, and spicy rustic saison yeast. Earthy, tart and spicy, but not really corresponding well to my palate. Not bad.
