16 oz. Aroma has notes of funk, orange peel, lemon, wheat, chalk, coriander. Pours hazy golden with a two finger off-white head with excellent retention. Taste is lightly to moderately sour (6/10), funky, finishing dry with funky witbier flavors. The honey really comes through in flavor as well. Impressive and creative take on the style.

Can. Purple beer with a purple head. Light sour and cherry aroma with floral notes and light grape. Cherry and plum flavor with sour and light acetic notes. Medium bodied. Cherry and plum linger with sourness and light acetic notes.

Draft. Dark mahogany beer with a tan head. Light sour and dark fruit aroma with light coffee. Coffee and sour flavor with dark fruit andlight earth. Medium bodied. Coffee and sour linger with light acetic notes, dark fruit, and oak. Not much bourbon.

Quite sour. Very citrusy but not distinctly nectarine. Slight vanilla and jasmine presences, which add depth but don’t overwhelm.
