Pint can, courtesy of MicroGrog, pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a thin ring near white foam. The aroma offers up sugar stewed plums, figs and then boozy nuanced dates as well as thin clouds of caramel, booze and mild candy like Brandy notes. The taste delivers offers up similar notes of sugar stewed plums, reduced sugar kettle caramelization and dates that plows into a supple hill of Brandy nuanced booziness. As the caramel notes peak the booziness begins to slowly take over with a fairly smooth Brandy like sensation. The booze keeps moving forward until there's a mild warming sensation into the after taste. Lovely sipper.

Taster pour from a can at Munchie Madness festival, 2022. It's a reddish-hued light brown-amber with trace sparkle, thin cap of off-white head with no lacing. Aroma is light peanut butter, fruit marmalade, bready malt. Taste is strong raspberry jam, very mild peanut with no tartness, graham cracker/cookie base. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, I missed the call on the jam flavor and didn't get the lactose (other than there was ZERO tart/sour quality to this). Wish the peanut butter had been more present in the flavor.

Four pack of tallboys from Whole Paycheck. NB goblet @home. Stiff eggshell head. Honey look. Smells like lemon honey tea on the stove. Sweet & sharp. Sour lime & bittersweet grapefruit mostly. Juicy, lemonade-ish. Dry malt finish. Radler territory, but fresher. Low carbonation, a little syrupy, good acid though. Refreshing.
