On tap at TapRoom - North Park, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly acidic, with wild yeast, acidic stone fruits, and citrus. Flavour is likewise quite acidic, with lots of acetone, some bright stone fruits, white wine, oak, and wild yeast. Definitely too acetic, but there's some nice notes going on here.

Bottle 750ml @ bergstaden Courtesey of bergstaden Pours hazy pinkish with a small pink head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, green grapes, white wine and funk. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a long dry, tart, white wine, grapes and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.
