Really nice chocolate front, perfectly fine milk chocolate. Back is an odd overly dry, slightly over roasted, half concerned it didn't survive the trip, half thinking bad batch. But still good upfront. Oddity.

Tap at Cap Hop. Pours dark brown with a dark tan head. Aroma is burning cinnamon. Full bodied. Flavor is very cinnamon, definitely chile, clearly chocolate, and vanilla. Not surprisingly heat is present, but itβs nothing near what 16.6% would suggest. It is not dry, and it is not bitter, but the chile and the cinnamon do a great job of beating down the malt. Great stuff.
