Ryeish vibe, some rust. Pours amber with loads of foam-to be fair I tried the milk pour from side pour for $1. Some lemon. Light cloying tangy end. Side pour at greenhouse Rockfish location.

Bourbon is pretty big here, overtakes the stout aroma to a degree. Some roast and lemon. A little caramel. Mash malt. Pours black with mocha head. Boozy whisky aftertaste, bitter and tangy. Tap at downtown mall location.

Sharp roast and big coffee. Reminds me a lot of Hogwaller's Irish stout. Pours black with big mocha head. Bitter finish, creamy feel. Carbonation is relatively soft. Tap at downtown mall Rockfish.

Bottle from Dasha: pours light amber with beige head. Aroma is caramel and light graininess. Taste is lightly bitter. Nice caramelly sweetness. Rather pleasant.

Bottle from Dasha: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is grainy, bready. Taste is sweetish, lightly grainy. Low bitterness. Tastes a little rough around the edges. Not quite a macro but an unrefined craft.

Bomber from Dasha: pours gold with white head. Aroma is lightly citrusy, spicy, some herbs, lots of crackery malty, slight herbal. Taste is fairly spicy and herbal and works fairly well with the pale malts. Enjoyable, even as I drank the entire bomber by myself.
