Bottle from Dasha: pours light amber with beige head. Aroma is caramel and light graininess. Taste is lightly bitter. Nice caramelly sweetness. Rather pleasant.

Bottle from Dasha: pours pale gold with white head. Aroma is grainy, bready. Taste is sweetish, lightly grainy. Low bitterness. Tastes a little rough around the edges. Not quite a macro but an unrefined craft.

Bomber from Dasha: pours gold with white head. Aroma is lightly citrusy, spicy, some herbs, lots of crackery malty, slight herbal. Taste is fairly spicy and herbal and works fairly well with the pale malts. Enjoyable, even as I drank the entire bomber by myself.

22oz bottle (someone still has these?). Pours a dark tea color, thin off white head. Good. Malty chewy. Cream soda and grains. Dark tea. Flavors same. Medium bodied. 7 4 7 4 14

Keg at the brewery with Mika, 4/29/23. Hazy pale gold, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of rice, pale malt, lemon. Taste is lemon, rice, pale malt. Crisp, lingering bitterness.

Keg at the dowtown mall location, 4/29/22. Clear copper large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of toffee, cherry, caramel, hint of pine. Taste is resin, toffee, stone fruit, pine. Full bodied, lingering bitterness. Nice.
