10/5/2026. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers Shawn. Pours fine, short lasting head, gone before I could point the camera. Aroma is mild blackberry, honey, flowers, touch herbal and nettle. Medium sweet, with some nice tangy tartness. Light sparkling carbonation. Quite liked it.

6/5/2026. Bottle shared by SHIG, cheers! Pours okay, short lasting head. Aroma is very hoppy, herbal, apple, rubbery, dank notes. Has some nice sherbety tanginess. Good hop use.

When we used to drive back & forth between NYC & AVL, we would stay at a BnB next door to Charlottesville. Did this for years. Never once did we take the 15 minutes to look around. Thanks Shiggy for the opportunity.
Goblet at home. Hibiscus pink pour. Strong soapy head that dies back quickly.
Scent is very waxy, grainy, floral, chewing gum. Industrial. A quick ferment.
Acidy, sweet-tart, sharp berry skin, Robitussin & lots of wax. A mix of qualities.
Fizzy, thin & sharp with just a bit of body, it has good sloshability.
Okay, the off-flavors are just a big distraction.

Roast, barrel coconut. Plenty of vanilla. This is better than the non flavoured bourbon barrel impy. The adjuncts ease off the sharp bourbon flavour there. Bitter end with a hint of bourbon tang. Pours black with good head. Tap at Rockfish.

Roast and a little coffee. Some caramel. Pours black with pretty good mocha head. Light bitter end with a hint of tang. Flavour is a little on thin side for style, but still decent. Tap at brewery by greenhouse.
