I forget the name. I'll fix it later. Keg at the brewery, 7.4.21. Clear golden orange medium tan head good retention. Aroma of green, dank hop, green pepper, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, resin, green hops, pale malt. Medium bodied, juicy, classic. I like.

Keg at the brewery, 7.4.21. Of course had to try this at a place called Burnt Marshmallow. Dark reddish brown no head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, coffee. Taste is roast, coffee, dark chocolate, a hint of vanilla. Not very smore-ey but a nice stout.

Thanks Mike.
The appearance was a semi-dark brown color with a finger’s worth of quickly dieing white foamy head that left just a little bit of lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of roasted to sweet coffee beans up front, long malty sweet toffee and caramel qualities, faint Baker’s chocolate, a touch of clean butterscotch and ended with a little bit of sweet wood.
The flavor moderately blended the sweet to the roast - from coffee bean to caramel/toffee to butterscotch to sweet wood. It’s all there - fairly smooth and sweet and running nicely into the aftertaste just the way I wanted it. Finish was fairly smooth too in the same way.
The palate was enjoyable through a medium body, a super nice sipping quality due to the coffee bean, I’m guessing. Coffee bean roastiness seemed to impart a touch of harshness in this department, but somehow I liked it because it wasn’t acidic.
Overall, now that’s a damn nice brown ale that I would love to have again on a cold Winter’s afternoon.

The appearance was an amber shade with a light transparency to it. Finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Mild stringy lace.
The aroma had some shifty leafy green sort of citrusy to piney sweet and bitter hops. Good arrangement of some light coffee, nut and caramel malts to do a good job of blending with this smell.
The flavor lent a hand to the sweet side taking the previously mentioned aromas to blend fairly nice to lead into the aftertaste and subside in the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Hop abrasiveness is short and not distracting upon my tongue. Good carbonation and the ABV felt good as well.
Overall, very nicely done amber ale well worthy of having again.

Thanks for the crowler, Mike!
Poured into a mug, the appearance was a semi-dark rugged brown almost black color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a nice pace. Light lace.
The aroma had some roasted tones, ample sweet to roasty coffee portions and a touch of sweet milky/lactose/creaminess moving in nicely.
The flavor copies the aroma pretty much spot on with a nice wet pillowy malty aftertaste rolling into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Moderately low carbonation and ABV felt good. Very smooth along my tongue.
Overall, nicely done milk/sweet stout well worthy of having again.
