18/12/2020. Bottle courtesy of Mart, cheers! Pours black with a small frothy beige head. Aroma of chocolate, light roasted malt, caramel, milky cocoa, dark fruit. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, creamy texture, average carbonation. Very nice aroma, good overall.

Bottle 33 cl. Cloudy yellow with a lacing, white head. Lovely citrusy aroma. Medium body, super dry citrusy fruitiness, somewhat yeasty with a distinct bitterness bordering astringent. Super well made - the Belgians seem to be getting the touch for this - also. 171220

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a lacing, white head. Nose is mostly herbal, bordering medicinal - not really how a Wit should be. Medium body, tart lemons with a bitter and astringent finish. This is no good at all. 231120

Bottle at a whisky event. Dark black with a big lasting head, high carbonation. Lemon sour choco-coffee nose. Flavor has a lot of toasty cacao, which balances the brett sour notes. Goes well with ground reindeer meat pizza!

Thanks Raul. Bottle. Lovely taste and aroma, nice creaminess, vanilla, dubbel richness, bit of ovaltine. Pretty damn nice. Light booze burn but good stuff.
