Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very malty, lots of grains, hay, cow fodder, some caramel, a bit of vanilla, sweet impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of caramel, some walnut indeed, sweet, some vanilla, coffee notes, a gentle roast. Aftertaste: sweet, vanilla, lot of caramel, a soft roast, mocha, bitter finish.

Appearance: Opaque, petroleum Black. Moderate tan frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Chocolate cake, dough, wafers, peanuts, cappuccino, distant cherry stones. Taste: Medium sweet, light to medium bitter.Chocolate cake, wafers, peanuts, cappuccino, distant cherry stones, hop. Hoppy ending and aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium plus body, soft carbonation. Bottom line: Well-balanced. Good.

18.10.2021. Big ass mess of fruit pulp. Loads of strawberry. Some vanilla, tropical fruits. Quite dense, very sweet. Flavours are pretty nice, but it could really do with either more pulp, or more beeryness and tart. Somewhere halfway now.

500ml can from InPivoVeritas in Moscow. Pours black with a tall beige head. Aroma is resin, grapefruit, burnt wood. Taste is light sweet, resinous, citrus, coffee. Strong bitter finish. Too hoppy to be a stout I think.

Tap. Looks pretty: almost black, thin foam like a cappuccino. Aroma: a lot of coconut, dill, caramel, chocolate, coffee with cream. Taste: sweetish with bitterness, cold coffee with cream, a lot of coconut, chocolate, bitter finish, very good.

Can. A nice, clear, golden pour with no head. Aroma is hoppy, pine and resin, grapefruit, classic west coast IPA. Flavour is malty, sweet and quite mild, almost not bitter, which is odd for the style. Smooth and hoppy finish. This is nice, but not really a west coast IPA, not bitter enough for that.

Appearance: Foggy ruby red with a large pink frothy head of decent retention. Aroma: Pleasant natural cherries. Taste: Light sweet, sour and bitter. Good cherries, hop, warming alcohol. Mouth feel: Medium body. Average carbonation. Summary: Not bad.
