Description
Selfmade Brewery is a do-it-yourself brewery. Simply put, a team whose main tenet is to improve their professionalism and create the perfect drink. Our main technologist is Alexander Gromov, a professional brewer, guru and ace in the brewing industry. He has in his portfolio a professional diploma of a process engineer at MGUPP in the specialty of brewing. Behind Alexander the seminars at the Berlin Institute of Brewing, an internship in Spain at the Naparbier Brewery, experience in the Moscow Brewing Company, as well as hundreds of successful brewing at various Russian breweries.

MBCC. Hazy golden with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, citrus, lime and artificial. Flavour is malt, fruit, spices, lime, perfume, medium sweet, wheat, yeast and a little bitter.

Cloudy amber beer. Pretty head. Nose: citrus and tropics, malts. Medium minus body. Taste: light to medium sweet and Medium bitter. Fruit, pine, toasted malts. Old school as it is.

Tap. Rich orange color, cloudy, slightly pinkish foam. Aroma: sour milk, a lot of grapefruit, light sweetness, a little multifruit juice. Taste: sour, grapefruit and other citruses, refreshing, good.

Tap. Reddish bronze color, weak foam. Aroma: strong, sweet, Chivas, caramel, wine, pies, dried fruits, berries. Taste: lollipops, sweetness, berries, Chivas whisky, jam, not bad.

Tap. Yellow color, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: sour, light fruitiness, Bretts. Taste: sour, sour milk, slightly fruity and bretta, fruitiness, not bad.

Bottle. Dark brown color, yellowish foam. Aroma: sweet, nutty, caramel, chocolate. Taste: sweetish, caramel, chocolate, milky, nuts, not bad for dessert.

Tap. Dark amber color. Aroma: forest berries, blackberries and blueberries, light sourness and sweetness. Taste: sweet and sour, a lot of berries, blueberries + blackberry obeys, good sour ale.

Can. Dark golden color, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: tropical fruits, a little mang. Fruity taste, mango, slightly citrus, soft needles, drinkable.

Deep brown. Intransparent. Small beige head. Nose: huge chocolate, biscuits, waffles, nuts and similar dessert stuff. Full body. Taste: sweet, overloaded with dessert adjuncts. Not my cup of tea obviously.
