MBCC. Black with a light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate and bourbon. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with lots of alcohol. Oily. 110518

MBCC 2018. Yellow. Keg. A Theydon Bois whip cracking power rate. Semi opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Thin but rich dark chocolate. Great smooth fruity bourbon. Spicy finish. It's quite similar to the BA Scoop really, slightly thinner and maybe a touch sweeter but another gloriously indulgent chocolate bourbon treat.

Aroma of melting chocolate, bourbon, toffee, vanilla, wood, some coconut, some dark fruits.
Tastes similar, delicious, with even more creamy chocolate
Full, oily mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes warm, medium boozy, medium sweet, a bit dry, wooden, with chocolate, cocoa, bourbon, vanilla.

Very tasty! Very rich, with lovely, creamy chocolate notes throughout. Greatly integrated bourbon barrel, without too much booze. Another delicious one by 3 Sons.

Very tasty! Rich, creamy and complex, especially in the taste, with delicious chocolate notes throughout. A bit boozy, but not too overpowering. Very comfortable sipper.

Finishes boozy, medium sweet, wooden, moderate roasty, with chocolate, bourbon, cocoa, some dark fruits.

Delicious! Heavy and boozy, but so rich, with thick layers of chocolate, bourbon and coconut. Outstanding, very comfortable sipper.

Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, rich dark chocolate, oak, vanilla, bourbon, alcohol. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. Lovely! 120518
