Thick, sweet and boozy, lots of chocolate, coconut, boyrbon, hazelnuts, vanilla. Close to cloying but a very nice pastry bomb.

Sweetish, roasty and heavy with some caramely notes, coffee, syrup and toffee. A bit heavy.

Pitch black colour with no head.Aroma of bourbon dark drid fruit oak vanilla nice sweet oily texture warming and smooth roasted and toasted taste nice full body and nice finish.

Tap at Fermentoren 3 Sons event 21/08/2025 - Dark sweet malty with notes of caramel and maple and toffee like malty sweetness, chocolate and caramelised brown sugar, nice body and mouthfeel, coconut and vanilla coalesce into the lingering math finish. Lovely.
