Flaske delt med gode venner, mars-16: 10% iflg etiketten. Uklar brungul uten skum. Lukter rips og pærecider. Markant bærsyrlighet i smaken, som faktisk er mer enn passabel. "Fiffig" sier Arne, og Odd Rune nikker. Takk til Egil for en interessant rating!

Shared bottle at Mi2 14.03.16. Bottle marked 10 % ABV. Muddy dark straw colour. No head. Sour aroma and taste, with banana, other fruits, sherry and brett. Dry and astringent mouthfeel. Quite refreshing.

Shared 330 ml bottle at Mi2, thanks to Holmen2. ABV is 10%. Cloudy yellow colour, hardly any head. Aroma more of farmhouse perry than banana. Moderate carbonation. The flavour has a distinct fruity acidity, more reminiscent of apples, pears and lemons, rather than banana. Not undrinkable.

Shared bottle at local tasting in Stavanger. Pours cloudy light amber with very small head. Aroma of alcohol, cherries, acetone, berries. Taste is sweet and very acidic sour. Medium bodied, a lot of astringency.
