Bottle at fermentoren. Cloudy orange small to no white head. Aroma is like a real good natural cider , Spanish style also very complex. Flavor is apple booze and layers of apple and funk. Perhaps a. Bit on the sweet side but a well done brew nonetheless

Dark ruby cloudy no head Bottle at fermentoren. Rich dark fruity like Belgian salad beer dark fruity. Very rich and complex flavor. Flavor is sourness and apple rye and mslts. Resembling the best Belgian salad beers.

500ml bottle from Leura Cellars, Leura. Deep golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of mellow apple, oak, vanilla, funk, booze. Taste is sweetish, apple, woody oak, vanilla, solventy alcohol, rubber, barnyard, tangy. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, oaky finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle. Gold, no head. Aroma of apples, toffee apples, vanilla, a little cinnamon. Flat, a little syrupy. Remarkably apple juice like, with no cooked flavours and no obvious alcohol. Not as acidic as the dry scrumpy, but it cuts though the sweetness quite nicely. Some woody spices. Not as interesting as some Thorogood’s stuff, but lovely intense fruit and nice balance.

500ml bottle. Pours golden with a small head. Acidic nose, hints of vinegar. Lots of apple cider taste, hardly any beer aroma left. Fresh sourness. The large alcohol content is hidden well, but still noticeable. Definitely worth a try!
