From beerolution, april 2024, canned in 2023. Opening this can yesterday, at Epalinges after a walk in the Lavaux. A good and sweet neipa, fruity, note of pineapple, yeasty, citrus and bitter, syrupy and perfumed, good and boozy.

Can at home. Hazy to cloudy golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are floral and citrus. Slight bitterness smooth big body.

Aromas are malt, bread, grass. Flavors are similar to nose and a bit sweeter than the German pilsners that I've had. Could also be a bit more crisp. Decent but could have been better.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy gold with a huge/monstrous foamy white head. Aroma is juicy; grapefruit/green melon/light spice notes. Med body, but questionable as most of the carbonation seems to have gone into the head. Flavor is juicy and mildly sweet. Almost enough bitterness to compensate. Flavors are green melon, grapefruit pith and something like a citrus rind that's a bit unusual. Nice flavor.

Birthday cakeish for sure, probably the oreo. Pours black with mocha head. Bittersweet finish. Not as sugary as you'd think, good balance here. Snally.

Can from Tavour. Pours hazy grapefruit gold with a large foamy white head that persisted. Aroma is very citrus - seems like grapefruit. Med body. It's juicy but hardly sweet. Moderately bitter. Flavor is grapefruit, earth, melon and some other things. Good flavor.

Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a moderate white head. Aroma has peanuts and a little caramel. Med body. A bit sweet with a light tart note. Flavor has peanuts, caramel and discernible apple. Hmmm?

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a nearly pitch black color with a medium sized brown head. Aroma was sweet chocolate, very cake like. Chocolate, bakers chocolate.

Pour at Snallygaster 2025. Poured a super hazy orange color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma was some bitter grapefruit zest, passion fruit. Flavor was grapefruits, pineapple, citrus. Mild herbal notes. Pleasant.
