July 2019. dark brown color, small tan head. smells of coffee, earthy, some bitter chocolate, light sweetness, bit ashy. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of ash, tobacco, bit smoky, light bacon, peppery, spices, light fruity notes. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of earth, peppery notes and some tobacco. decentish, taste notes are a bit all over, lacking a clear flavour profile. drinkable none the less.

July 2019. amber hazy color, small white head. smells of marzipan, banana, peach, nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, peppery, bit stale, tobacco, some banana, some sweetness. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of banana, candy and some tobacco. lacks some balance, smell was nice, did not like the taste though.

BB 31.05.2019. super gusher. dark yellow hazy color, huge white head. smells of tobacco, flowery notes, esters, light saison yeast, grassy, earthy. overall still nice smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, grainy, cardboard, leathery, peppery, spices. finishes dry, very lightly acidic and light to medium bitter with notes of grass, earth and some leathery notes. not a fan of this, possibly this was better fresher.

Bottle. Clear golden color with large fine-bubbled white head. Aroma is grapefruit, some exotic fruits, light milky yeast, very bready, too. Taste is bready, grapefruit and juicy hops, vanilla, a touch straw, medium bitterness in the back. Velvety mouthfeel with ample fine-bubbled carbonation. Pleasant and well-balanced!
