500ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with small unstable macropore white head. Slightly sweet grainy aroma, a minimal touch of honey. Flat monotonous taste, slightly sweet grainy and muggy strawy. The honey touch is interesting but doesn’t reappear.

330ml bottle. Pale golden colour with small unstable white head. Grainy and slightly grassy aroma. Fresh hoppy taste, nicely balanced, with some citrus, grass, even an herbal touch. Fresh and quaffable.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small unstable white head. Grainy aroma with some hay. Flubby, slightly sweet malt taste, fresher finish, minimal dry hop note.

(bottle) Hazy, chestnut-brown colour with a beige-brown tall foamy head. Berry-fruity and moderately yeasty aroma with present and slightly sourish wheaty notes, only traces of dark malt. Quite sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and fruity taste with notes of red berries; delicate notes of dark malt and traces of caramel show up towards the moderately sour finish. 13.IV.12

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Fresh, slightly strawy malty aroma with grassy and herbal hops. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Strawy and slightly doughy malty taste with rounded German hops. Classical German Pils. 11.IV.12

Aroma is sweet with lots of malt and hints of solvent‐like alcohol. Flavour has malt, solvent and hints of berries. Drinkable, although the alcoholic savours are rather strong.

Bottle 330ml.Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, caramel, caramelized brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, bread, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Copper with a tiny off-white head. Aroma of caramel, raisin and vanilla. Sweet toffee and bready flavour with dried fruit overtones. Pretty good balance

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours dark ruby nrown with bubbles on top. Dark fruit, caramel, rye and nuts. A bit of alcohol warmth. Chewy malty. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and nutty. Flavour is malt, sweet, caramel, toffee and nutty.
