Aroma is moderate to light heavy malty, caramel, wheat, nutty, moderate yeasty, fruity, leather notes, licorice notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, funky, leather, brett notes, chocolate notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. IMO off but in a nice way - quit funky ;O) [20111129]

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw and eggs. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, cardboard, and dry hops, leading to a dry cardboardy finish. The body is light.
