bottle, bought somewhere deep in the Bavarian forest. Golden colour, medium-sized, quickly collapsing head. Malty-sweet nose. Malty flavours dominate the beer, only slightly hopped. Fruity and slightly grainy as well.

clear golden yellow, medium head, bread-like nose. Very malty indeed, full flavour. Hoppy flavours blended into the background.

large white head, hoppy nose. Full-bodied, slightly malty in the background, but mainly hoppy. Very dry and hoppy finish and aftertaste.

Das Weizen ist teilweise recht mild, jedoch in keinem Teil wässrig. Über einen leicht säuerlichen Antrunk geht es über einen mittelwürzigen Mitteltiel zu einem hefigen Abgang, dieser Wechsel erfolgt ein wenig schnell, dadurch wirkt das Bier ein wenig disharmonisch. Insgesamt kann ich mich über das Bier nicht beklagen. Test vom 23.1.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,9,9,9,11,9 - 9,40
