Akademija Piva je prva kraft pivara otvorena u novembru 2017. godine u srcu Podgorice, sa idejom da stanovnike glavnog grada upoznamo sa svjetskim trendovima, a kraft pivarstvo je definitivno jedan od njih. Naša vizija o Podgoričkom kraft pivu počela je mnogo ranije, dugo se i pažljivo razrađivala, motivisana željom da Podgoricu i Crnu Goru postavimo na mapu ozbiljnih pivskih destinacija. Iz naše pivske kuhinje izlaze samo nepasterizovana i nefiltrirana piva koja su karakteristična po svježini i nesvakidašnjim aromama. Osnovnu ponudu karakteriše diverzitet, a specifičnost naših piva ogleda se u gorčini koja je balansirana bogatim ukusom malta sa završnicom hmeljastih aroma.

Bottle shared at the Suffolk RateBeer gathering: Poured a hazy golden with white. Aroma is peach pit herbal. Taste is cream of corn grain.

28/12/2019. Bottle shared at the Suffolk RateBeer gathering. From Maxi Exclusive, Kotor. Pours slightly hazy dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel, hops, malt, orange, peach, hint of pine. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Best of the 5 we’ve had from this brewery today.

Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, fruit, berries, slight ash and molasses. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Moderate body, slight watery texture, average carbonation.

Bottle. Deep golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, diacetyl, DMS, light hops. Taste, malt, light hops, bit strange sour notes in finish. In fact not bad.
