Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.
In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Aroma of orange zest and juice and citrus hops. full mouth feel, like drinking orange juice, with lots more fruit, a touch of prickly tartness, some crisp malts and and a dryish finish. Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at Oddbins. Pours unclear orange-gold with a foamy, white head. Nice snout, plenty of tangy citrus fruits. Light sweet flavour with soft acidity, melon, mango, tangerine and lemon. Light bodied with active, layered carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, just an inkling of cheese, more tart citrus, slight chewy mango, more moderate quenching acidity. Overall, solid.

Bottle from Oddbins Baker Street sipped on the mighty 12, 11/07/18. Golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is tangerine, melon, citric tinged straw, airy malts, light grass. Taste comprises citric pith, bitter orange, faint minerality, toasted grains, grassy bite, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with lightly astringent hop bitterness. Passable session material ... not one I'd revisit.
