In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

On tap at The Green Goddess, Blackheath Royal Standard. Mango, tangerine, pineapple, peach & papaya aromas. Rather nice tropical punch flavours, splash of tangerine, grapefruit & white grape. Rich sweet fruits with a light bitter zing. Very tasty.

440ml can at the Crown Inn, Oakengates on 8th December 2025. Black bodied with a beige head that stayed the distance. Coffee and chocolate feature heavily in both the nose and taste in this fairly dry Porter.

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep brown to black and opaque. Thin beige head.
Nose - toffee mainly, prune and raisin. Less chocolate but still there.
Taste - mainly prune and raisin with some caramel or toffee.
Palate - medium bodied, good linger.
Overall - good, wondering how it will evolve in the can, may end up very complex.
