Description
We pride ourselves on brewing exceptionally high-quality beer for you to enjoy, whether that’s at home or on an adventure. We source quality ingredients from the best suppliers, ensuring our beer is delicious and fresh.
In 2023-2024, we underwent a huge brewery expansion to increase the amount of beer we can produce, as well as improving quality and efficiency.
Our brewhouse is the first of it’s kind in the UK & Europe incorporating 4 new 6000L fermenting vessels, bringing our total to a 40,000L capacity. We have a 3-vessel fully automated brewhouse consisting of a mash conversion vessel, a lauter tun and a kettle whirlpool vessel. These three parts, in their own special ways, improve our brewing methods and increase efficiency.

Medium bodied, smooth & creamy with a cloying back.

Can from a shop in St Andrews. Nose is pear drops, stewed fruit, fruit cake, hint of caramel, almonds; fades quickly but very nice.
Taste is really disappointing. Dry slightly woody opening, dates, leading faint hint of sweetness and pair drops leading to a slightly acidic and peppery dry finish. It's on the cusp of drain pour. Very thin
I don't know if I have a bad can, or if its aging very badly.

Can from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grain and lemon peel. Flavour of orange and bready malt. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. This fine but I hoped for more.

Nose - melon, tinned pear and papaya.
Taste - juicy melon, greengage, overripe kiwi.
Palate - light to medium bodied, juicy middle and lightly tapering bitterness on the finish.
Overall - great, nailed the style.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 15/05/2026.
Deep mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige cap.
Nose is stewed fruits, caramel, fruit cake mix, hint of marzipan.
Taste comprises dates, figs, tangy fruits, fruit cake, light spice, booze tunes, caramel.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay sipper but not much about it ... generously swayed from 7.1 to 7.3 on my part ... was a 7.2 if I could!

Для меня реально двойник гинесса, хотя это даже и не стаут! Очень кремовый и легкий с небольшой жженкой.

Keg at Campervan Taproom. It pours jet black with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, bitter - sweet, chocolate, dark chocolate, you h of umami, liquorice, coffee, mocha and muted vanilla. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, rich chocolate cake, vanilla, dry cacao nibs, coffee, mocha, muted toffee, restrained coffee character, mars bar, touch of tannin and toasty spice with a smooth, roasted finale. Fulsome body and moderate, supportive carbonation. Can't complain about any of this. Flavourful and rounded. Dangerously moreish.
