Aroma is grass, some toast, a bit of wheaty bread, franconian hop. Taste is full bodied chewy malt body with some sour and balanced hop counterpoint. Very balanced, very drinkable. Apparently got rid of the DMS in the twenty minutes I was late.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow, big eggshell head. Nice fruity hayish malt, corn, fresh grassy hops. Medium dry, foamy mouthfeel, lightish body. Unfortunate DMS, hay malt, grass, shame about the flaws.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is a dusty, a touch peas, fresh yeasts. Taste is peas, DMS-like, pale malts, sulphur. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Schade.

50cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized good lasting white head. Aroma of spicy hops, mild grainy malt, minerals. Taste of soft grainy and sweet malt, spicy hops, straw, medium bitterness.
