0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before October 2021. Hazy, dark brownish amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of caramel, nuts and some citrus. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, slightly fruity taste of caramel, nuts, citrus and traces of pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally roasty finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting Dunkles, fairly hoppy, just in balance. Not quite what I have expected but a pleasant brew nevertheless.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before December 2022. Clear, very dark ruby with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly bready and a little fruity aroma of caramel, burnt sugar, cola and light raisins. Fairly sweet, malty, slightly fruity taste of caramel, burnt sugar, cola, some raisins and traces of bread crust, followed by a short, sweetish, hardly bitter finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very sweet, but true to the style.

33cl bottle. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a big off-white head. Aroma of grapefruits, pine and resinous hops. Taste of grapefruits, orange fruits, blood orange, pine and resinous hops.

0.33 l bottle from 'Holy Craft Beer Store', best before December 2020. Hazy, deep reddish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity aroma of lemon, blackberry, cassis and some rosehip. Gently sour, quite fruity, a little spicy taste of blackberry, rosehip, hibiscus and some lemon, followed by a short, gently tart, even slightly minerally finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very well-balanced, refreshing Sour Ale, really quaffable. Good!

Thx to Zinni for this bottle. Almost clear, dark golden color and a nice white head. Fruity nose, hints of something earthy/floral. Taste starts tar, nearly sour. Hoppy, very citric. Lemon finish.
