A slightly hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet breadish wheat malt, yeast. Taste of sweet wheat malt, yeast, bread and some banana.

On the left the juniper and on the right the lemongrass to make a gin Keller out of a Kellerbier. But a little too less foam due to that procedure for my taste

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Cloudy brown in the glass, small light beige head. Malty smell. Taste starts dry malty, some caramel, nuts and low fruity. Mid alcoholic with increasing bitterness to the end.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 15.11.2024. Cloudy golden in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Dry yeasty aroma with orange and some banana in the second row. Taste is smooth pale grainy, yeasty, low banana and orange, some sulfur. Very low carbonation. Okay.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,44 l can. Looks like orange lemonde in the glass with a stable one finger white foamy head. Mandarine and grape aroma, some yeast and pale grain. Taste has intensive grape and yeast, tropical bitterness, coconuts. Not my favourite taste profil. Sotty, I´m out.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 13.12.2. Murky golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head. Grainy straw aroma. Taste starts also with grainy straw and caramel. Hints of burnt plastic. Little bit strange. Not my cup of tea.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,44 l can. Black in the glass, small fast fading head. Strong malty aroma with some coffee, some wood elements. Taste is malty with an intensive berry fruity shot. Coffee and caramel in the second row with pale grain. Less alcoholic than expected. Interesting stuff.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), 10.2% abv, best before 2045. Hazy, ruby with a few white bubbles on top of it. Sweetish, herbal, spicy and a bit fruity aroma of cucumber, coriander, rhubarb and sauerkraut. Quite sweet, minimally sourish, gently fruity, slightly herbal, moderately spicy and almost a little vinous taste of raisins, cucumber, rhubarb, coriander, lovage and vanilla, followed by a medium long, slightly tart, slightly minerally finish. Medium to full body, smooth and almost oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Crazy but lovely stuff, still with lots of cucumber upfront, much sweeter than the base beer, of course.
