Leicht malziger und deutlich zu süßer Antrunk. Das Bier scheint aufgrund der Süße noch nicht genügend gereift. Im Mittelteil sehr mild malzig-herb, weich. Sie spärlich vorhandene Würzigkeit wird regelmäßig von der Süße übertroffen, weshalb keine richtige Bockbier Stimmung aufkommen kann. Zum Ende wenig herber, alkoholisch süß. Verbesserungswürdig! Etwas süßlicher, letztenendes aber doch betont malziger Antrunk. Typisch bockig malzig, wenig alkoholisch, passend würzig, durch eine leichte Hopfennote würzig. Die Intensität ist angenehem und stigert sich zum Ende in eine hellmalzige Richtung. Weiterhin leicht hopfig, abgestimmt, rund. Nie schwach, konstant stimmig. Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Yellowish gollden colour, minor head. Aroma is sweet malts, and some mild grainy notes. Flavour is grains, some mild slightly sweetish malty notes. and mild hayish notes.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet malty combined with strong notes of caramel.

Bottle 33cl. @ home.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, sugar, bread and rosted malt notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20090603]

Bottle. Hazy, brown, very stable off-white head. Dried dark fruits over a wheat-malty and a sourish-yeasty background. Mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft MF. Increasing acidity in the fruity-yeasty and malty, too, finish. Not unpleasant........

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, slightly lacing white foamy layer; moderate malty nose with a toasted, nutty tinge; light to medium bodied; sweet-malty finish with a bitter tinge. Unspectacular, but pleasant.........

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Pours an almost clear amber golden with a rough off-white head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and roasted malt. Solid body with a clean base of roasted malts and sweetish rye bread. Basically no bitterness. 180808

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber to light brown with a lacing off-white head. Mild fruity towards acidic and bitterhops aroma, light malt presence too. Sweet fruity and caramelish with a lack of bitterness. Sweet caramel and fruity lingering finish.
