2014 Bottle. Slightly unclear bright color with white head. Aroma is funky, wood, very mineralic. Taste is wood, fresh, very green dry apples, olives, mineralic finish. Champenoise carbonation. Boner than bone dry dusty finish. Warming alcohol becomes present after a few sips. Wow, an extremely intense Sidra, but I really like it!

Botella 50 cl en Cimmeria 20..07.. 2017. Color ámbar tostado miel turbio sin espuma. Sabores intensos melosos, manzanas maduras asadas, albaricoques, maderas de roble ligeras vainillas. Toques licorosos buena sensación alcohólica desde el principio. Cuerpo intenso denso pastoso y fino. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.

Bottle - Sweet candy caramel. Cloudy dark Amber. Sweet caramel apple with some tannins and acidity. Very sweet and lots of caramel. Much more caramel and sweetness compared to Canadian ice cider.

Bottle at SISGA 2015. Sweet and easy to drink. Balanced, the sweetness does not get to the point of being cloying. Desserty. Not very complex, rather simple and intense, but ttasty. Bright red colour.
