Cask. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a tiny and rough off-white head. Sweetish fruity nose. Light body, flat, sweet fruit and spicy hops - a somewhat unusual hopping - yet subtle and discreet. Quite an interesting hop profile - I wonder which hop. 180110

Cask, gravity at Merton Winter Beer Festival 05-02-10 Pours mid brown with just a smattering of bubbles across the surface. Initially quite sweet and with plenty of malt this eventually recedes and a more dominant earthy hoppiness starts to assert itself backed up by a light fruitiness. Enjoyable beer.
