Bottle. Light hazy yellow, fluffy eggshell head. Light poopy sulphur under a grassy and hayish nose. Medium light body, mellow mouthfeel. Hay, a bit DMS, pleasant broad hops - grassy, light citric. A touch cleaner and this would be really good.

“Quartiermeister*in Rotbier“, Flasche (50 cl) von Bio Company, Berlin. - Dunkel goldrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase mildes, angenehmes Toast- und Karamelmalz und ganz leichte fruchtige Herbe. - Antrunk weich toastmalzig mit milden herb-fruchtigen Noten (rote Johannisbeere). Sehr milde, etwas derbe, schwach ranzige oder chlorige Hopfenherbe. Trockener, schwach muffiger Abgang. - Trinkbares aber recht lieblos gehopftes Rotbier.

Flasche (50 cl) von Bio Company, Berlin. - Goldgelb, fast klar. - In der Nase sehr dezente aber gute, zart hopfenwürzige Hopfennoten. - Antrunk schlank und mild hellmalzig mit zarter Säure und mild hopfenwürzigem Hopfen. Anfangs zart seifig. Mild rezent. Im Abgang sehr trocken, fast Chinin-artig, und kräftig grasig herb. Enorm trockener Nachgeschmack. - Sehr ordentliches Pilsner norddeutscher Art, schön trocken aber aromatisch ein wenig schmalspurig. Es lohnt ein Blick auf die Webseite der Brauerei, um zu erfahren, was sich hinter dem Spruch „Bier trinken, Gutes tun“ verbirgt.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! Dark golden and nearly clear in the glass, more than one finger white head. Low grassy grainy in the nose. Taste is moderate grainy with caramell, low sweetness, no real bitterness, maybe a little bit in the aftertaste. Average stuff.

Many thanks to kappldav123 for this bottle! Grainy smooth beginning. Round and refreshing with a sweetish grainy body. Moderate to long grainy aftertaste with sweetish hints.

Bottle looks very simple. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, malty, some metallically notes. Modest dry-hoppy background. Also some sourish-bitter notes. Soapy-metallically finish. Not so good.

0.33l bottle from kadewe, 0.99€. pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a steady white head and a nice lacing. aroma of sweet fruity malts, a hint of caramel and hay. flavour of sweet malts, fruit, straw. mild bitter finish.
