Bottled 330ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Dark orange/amber coloured, medium sized off-white head, fruity hoppy nose. Moderate malty, peachy hoppy, slightly herbal and caramel with pretty strong bitterness in the finish. Not bad.

Bottled at Craft Room. Poured a murky daaark amber body with a small off white head, tiny even. Yeasty, perfumey cherry-like dusty aroma. Yeasty, sweetish aroma, dry and chalky, a bit grainy. Unpleasant soapiness in the all too dry finish. Just... ooff. More tweaking needed I guess.

Bottle at Craft Room. Murky dark brownish-red body. Small white lasting head. Malty, slightly toasty notes with a light red berry-like hoppy touch, a bit herbal and soapy. OK enough. A herbal hoppy and soapy/citric note mixing with rosehip builds upon the malty backbone. Solid balance, but too subdued, ending slightly too dry, with a bitterness that builds up. Not that IPAish, but hey, it’s an Istrian Pale Ale! Good beer, nice to have it on the market.

Bottle from Craft Room. Poured a murky orange body with a lasting big white head. Aroma... yeah, Goldings pretty much giving out notes of jam, some maltiness. Taste... again the jam, rosehip? Sweetish taste ending dry, very dry, pretty much no bitterness. The taste is pleasant, would be easy drinking as they were aiming at, if it wasn’t for the excessively dry finish which prevents this from being too moreish. With a tweak or two, this might be a summer winner... for those willing/able to pay the somewhat high price.

0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka, Zagreb. Shared with lovely Anja. Murky amber, medium off white head, lots of sediment floating around. Medium hopped, biscuit and dry fruits, light floral notes, dusty. Light bitterness, light to medium body, sparkling and dusty mouth feel. Lacks body and character, although it doesn’t taste bad. Finish is quite long and hoppy. There is room for improvement.
