Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Golden colour, no head and aroma of orchardy apple. Taste is slightly tart, apple, juicy, bittersweet with some woody funk, vanilla and drying tannin. Medum bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

1litre Plastic tub, from Torre Cider Farm. Pours a misty gold. Aroma is fresh fruity apple orchard. Taste is crisp medium dry with some nice gently stewed apple fruit, soft tannin, bittersweet fruit. Nice highly drinkable blend that I suspect Dabinett has some involvement in.

500ml bottle from Torre Cider Farm, Washford. Shared with Soph at Wimbleball Lake, Somerset. Pours unclear deep orange. Big fruity nose, some raw wild elements. Taste is similarly raw and a little rough around the edges, but in a pleasant scrumpy way, lots of fleshy dabinett but with a definite wild yeast influence. Very enjoyable and markedly different to other dabinett ciders around.

500ml bottle from Torre Cider Farm shop. Pours a clear medium gold, vibrant pear fruit on the nose. Taste presents some nice fleshy fruit, with a good perry pear sweetness, very distant woody notes. Very enjoyable perry.
