BB 02/2019. dark brown color, almost no head. smells earthy, spices, licorice, light caramel, hints of smoke, nutty. nice smell. full body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, spices, bit rubbery, lightly smoky, plums, peppery, spices, light caramel, marzipan, nutty. finishes lightly roasty bitter with notes of earth, spices and some nutty notes. decent one overall, flavours are all over the place though, lacks some clarity and depth. hints of some infection noticeable. drinkable overall.

BB 01/2019. brown color, small tan head. smells nutty, marzipan, earthy, ripe fruits, light cardboard, hints of sourness. nice smell with some light off notes. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes earthy, spices, light dill and cucumber, bit sourish, nutty. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of dill, cucumber and some spices. has some off notes, smell was ok, but taste is not that great.

330 ml bottle, bb 02/2019, shared by Werckmeister, thanks! Amber-brown body, with a small, frothy, beige head. Aroma mainly of sweet spices, spiced dark bread, cocoa. Tastes quite similar, with more dark malts. Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes spicy, a bit sweet, slightly roasty, with some dark malts. Nice. The spices are too dominant for me, overpowering most of the other aromas. Still quite nice to drink, with ABV very well hidden. Score: 6 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 13

BB 02/2019. amber color, very small white head. smells of cardamon, ginger, light resin, pepper, spices, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of cardamon, spices, bit gingery, marzipan, nutty, lightly sweet, resin. finishes lightly sweet with notes of resin, cardamon and ginger notes. quite nice one, a bit heavy on the spices, but quite good to drink, good complexity.
