33cl bottle. A minimal hazy golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of flowers, gently grassy hops, pale malt. Taste of grassy hosp, wheat malt, some lemon. High carbonation.

Tap at Wiener Bier Festival. Very thin body, medium carbonation. Feels warming despite low ABV because there is very little malt flavour going around - also hinted by reddish brown colour, nowhere near the stout range. Soapy flavour, lots of grainy astringency. Low sweetness, quite dry. Hard to drink, not very good.

Tap at Wiener Bier Festival. Very easy drinking, tasty beer. Flowery-citrusy flavour combo, rather thin bodied, medium carbonation. Feels like a proper clean golden ale to me. Quite good.

Auch bei diesem Bier greift der Braumeister wieder zu einem alt-wiener Begriff. Unter einem Schani versteht man hier einen Diener oder Helfer, meist im Hotel oder der Gastronomie. So ziert auch ein freundlicher Kellner das Etikett. In der Flasche ist ein freundliches, friedfertiges American Pale Ale, das sehr süffig ist und gut für heiße Sommertage passt. Es mag nicht allzu tief und aromatisch sein, aber es ist so schnell zu trinken, dass man sich nicht beschweren kann.

Klare goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig mit Reis. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Bottle kindly donated by brewer, many thanks. Amer color with medium off-white head. Aroma of caramel, fruity esters, light hops. Sweet caramel taste, malt, light malt, red fruits. OK.

Bottle from brewery, many thanks Kurt. Very dark brown color with huge beige head. Aroma of dark malt, dark chocolate, caramel. Taste, dark malt, light peat, caramel, espresso, chocolate. Tasty.
