Fläschla: Clear, ruby-amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer, mild to moderate sweetish toasty and dark-malty nose with a pinch of brown sugar underneath, a certain, but shy bitterness is detectable in the second row; hardly moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium-bodied; slightly lingering (dark-) malty and fruity finish with a delicate bitterness in the aftertaste. Quite O.K., but hardly comparable to a slušný český Tmávý...

Bottle. Amber color. Banana, caramel and fennel in the aroma and flavor. Sweet with peach. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Golden color. Beechwood smoke and floral notes in the aroma. Bready, has body, beechwood. Hint of smoke sausage. Peach. Pleasant.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Caramel and maltsyrup in the aroma and flavor. Sweet, soft roast, hint of citrus.

Pfister 6,6er Bock, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz, Berlin-Wedding. - Die Brauerei Pfister hat leider die unschöne Angewohnheit, ihre Biere unter ständig wechselnden Namen auf den Markt zu bringen. Es gibt schon einen Ökobock und einen dunklen Bock, beide mit 6,6 %, und nun diesen 6,6er Bock - das ist wohl mehr oder weniger das gleiche Bier, wenn es auch von Jahr zu Jahr etwas anders ausfallen mag. - Kupferrotbraun, trüb. - In der Nase aromatisches dunkel-toastiges Malz mit unangenehm süßlicher, faulig-gemüsiger Note. - Antrunk für einen Bock geradezu wäßrig dunkelmalzig mit etwas Kakao, Kirschkonfitüre, Karamel, Traubenzucker und eigenartig ranziger Note. Milder rezent, hefeweich aber nicht bocktypisch breit; leicht schnapsig. Im Abgang milde aber angenehme herbale Hopfenherbe, leider überlagert durch die fatale ranzig-süßliche Note. - Mißratener Bock, nur mit Mühe genießbar. (10.1.2020.)

500ml Bottle - Golden/yellow with a white head and a slight haze. Grass, lemon and lime leaves in the aroma. Lime, grass, hay, lemon and some slightly spicy, soapy and buttery notes in the taste. Quite nice.

Bottle from Landbierparadies. Hazy yellow colour, creamy white foam. Citrussy, lots of banana. Taste is medium sweet. Easy drinkable. Good.

500ml Bottle - Dark amber with a haze. Biscuity malt, dried fruit and some faint roasted notes in the aroma. Blackcurrant, raisins, nuts, caramel and some roasted and slightly sweet hints. The finish is surprisingly hoppy.
