0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 02.12.26. Now listed with 5,2% abv on the label. Clear golden in the glass, one finger white head. Smooth malty aroma, some caramel. Taste is also smooth malty, some caramel. Slick. Low bitterness, below average carbonation. Nothing wrong but also nothing earthshaking. Bavarian standard stuff.

Bottle. Opaque orange color with white head. Aroma is cloves, chalky banana. Taste is wheat, spicy yeast, banana. Soft velvety mouthfeel, high carbonation. Nice!

A clear golden beer with a mid sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild straw, some flowers, pale malt. Taste of mild floral and spicy hops, pale malt, grains, wet straw, moderate bitterness.

500 ml bottle. Clear golden, foamy head. Dry citrus, grain, straw, malt, some iron. Dry bitterness, grainy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy grainy bittersweet finish. Quite a good crisp Export, surprisingly!

500 ml bottle. Cloudy orange with a fluffy head. A very classic Weißbier showcasting the typical aromas of banana, wheat, clove, lemon zest, some vanilla. Dry zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness, somewhat sourish Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to lively carbonated, dry zesty fruity bittersweet sourish finish. Weißbier from Allgäu never disappoints.
