Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours a clear yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of straw with a touch of hay and a bit of sweetness. Flavor has straw, hay, light sweetness and a hint of grass underlying.

Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours black with a dark brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has earthy dark grains, roasted malts, some Mexican chocolate and a bit of light spice. Flavor has earthy chocolate, roasted malts, dark grains and a growing Mexican spice.
