Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is grass, mild honey and sweet malts to it as well as some herbs. Flavour is floral, some grassy, bready and mild honey like notes. Mellow hop profile, but not that bitter. Easy to drink.

Bottled (as Hofmann Pahres India Pale Ale)@HBF2016. Orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity and some wooden notes along with with a grainy and bready maltiness to it. Flavour is floral, earthy and some slight grainy notes.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at HBF2016) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts, caramel and molasses. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molassess, sweetness, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had molasses and bitterness. A well done doppelbock.

Sample from bottle 0.75l at HBF 2016, Helsinki. ABV 7.3%. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, harshness, hops and malts. Nothing special.

750ml bottle @ hbf 2016. Hazy golden, thin white head. High carbonation. Some citrus, lime, but gets masked by the carbonation. Hoppy citrusy some mango notes. Still too light.

Flasche (33 cl) aus einem Nürnberger Tante-Emma-Laden. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase aromatisch-herber zitroniger Hopfen. - Antrunk pilstypisch schlank und schön hopfenherb mit prominenter Zitronenschale. Mildes helles Malz, leichte Vanillenoten. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank. Im Abgang nicht allzu bittere, leicht krautige Hopfenherbe. - Klassisches, rundes Pilsener, aromatisch etwas einspurig wie die meisten Pilsener Biere aber rund und süffig. Voll in Ordnung.

33cl bottle. Pours pours murky golden with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, fresh lemonade. Taste of lemon, grapefruit, pure lemonade, refreshing, no beer!
