Can. Rather clear amber color with white head. Aroma is grains, apple juice, toffee, fudge. Taste is grains, apple, toffee. Oily mouthfeel with natural carbonation.

Can. Clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is apple sauce, mealy apple, earthy, light funk. Taste is mealy apple, apple mash, nice funk, a bit chalky. Chalky-mealy mouthfeel with low carbonation.

Tap. Clear pale yellow color with no head. Aroma is sweetish apples, some funk. Taste is apple sauce, apple candy, but not in an artificial way, quite funky, apple peel, dry finish. Mineraly, slightly mealy mouthfeel, lightly existing carbonation. Very curious and interesting, it has some flavours I've never seen before in a cider.

Tap. Clear golden color with tiny small head. Aroma is apple custard. Taste is apple sauce, vanilla, light leathery funk, apple peel, apple mash, very dry finish. Mineraly mouthfeel, almost flat. Good one!

330 ml bottle, at The Beehive (JDW landside, South terminal, Gatwick). ABV is 4.5%. Deep golden colour. Strange aroma of dishwater and well used socks - and apples. Light bodied, slightly dry. Flavour of apples, but fairly thin. Not a cider I'd bother to buy again.
