Cloudy yellow with a foamy head. Buckwheat, smoked hame, smoked salmon, iron, grapefruit zest, skunky, burnt rubber. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness, smoky umami-ness, some citrusy sourness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty hoppy smoky bitter finish. A very interesting take on the Grodziskie style, very hoppy, zesty and smoky. Pretty much reminds on a smoked Session IPA.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours jet black, no head. Aroma is perfumey, with tons of coconut, nail polish, and booze. Flavour brings a lot of coconut, but then the nail polish and perfume overwhelm it and destroy everything. Base beer ruins this. Bad.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark brown, no head. Aroma is full of paint thinner and perfumey notes… smells disastrous. Flavour is offensive as hell, with perfume, paint thinner, nail polish… absolute disaster.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some chalky notes, soft wheat, and a touch of smoke. Flavour is muddled, with oats, light smoke, hay, and chalk. Why ruin a grodziskie by crossing it with a hazy. Poor.

On tap at WBF 2025, pours a deep dark pinkish red, almost no head. Aroma has intense sweet plums, plenty of bugs, and a touch of oak. Flavour is thankfully all-dry, with fermented out plums galore, some oak, and a touch of bugs. Low acidity, no sweetness on the finish. Very nice fruited wild ale.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours dark brown. Chocolatey roasted malts, coconut, dried fruits, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has chocolately roast, bread crusts, raw coconut, and bourbon barrels.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours dark brown. Roasted malts, dried berries, and bourbon barrels on the nose. Flavour has dry roasted malts, dried berries, bread crusts, woody bourbon barrels. Nice, but there's a light acidity that isn't great.

On tap at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky red with a white head. Lots of plums and dry old wood on the nose. Flavour has fairly dry plums, tannic skins, some old wood. Very little acidity and fairly dry througout. Nice.
