We always use the best ingredients possible, from beautifully malted grains, to the freshest hops, to the juiciest fruit.
Over the years we have created, XPAs, APAs, SIPAs, IPAs, sours, porters, stouts, reds, West Coasts, New Englands and have recently embarked on our barrel ageing programme - so we have something for everyone.

Keg @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Golden with a head and inoffensive ginger that does linger. There's plenty of carbonation. The fusion is fine but also passable.

Keg at Beatnikz Rebublic Bar, Manchester. Hazy bright golden with a small head. Has fizzed hops, which produces a mild spice in the back of the palate.

Keg @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Golden-amber with a small head. It has an established sour nose with a mid sourness at best in its taste, and is fairly fruity for it, but the actual rhubarb was missing on this pour.

Keg @ Knott Bar, Manchester. Fully hazed orange juice styling in appearance, with a small bubbly head. There's certainly mango in aroma and taste and it's very fizzy on its tongue. It's over-carbonated.

Cask @ Beatnikz Republic Bar, Manchester. Copper with a frothy head. It's very crisp, with this subduing its tropical fruitiness, which is evident in both aroma and taste.

Cask at the Euston Tap, London on 31st December 2019. Slightly hazy amber with fully lacing white foam. Zesty hop aroma with peach and grapefruit. Richly tropical fruity liquid with orange zest, apricots and passion fruit. Tangy citrus end with developing bitterness. Zingy mouthfeel and plenty of body.

Cask at The Cock Tavern. Golden colour, small white head and lace. Blackcurrant leaves, citrus aroma. Light-bodied. Citrus, gooseberry bush, pale malts in the flavour. Nice, maybe not the most dominating Mosaic showcase.
