Description
Neptune Brewery has been brewing modern beers, inspired by tradition, since 2015. We’re a small but mighty team and proudly independent. Our beers are naturally conditioned and all the “uns” - that’s unfiltered, unpasteurised and unfined - ensuring the greatest flavour in each brew. It also means our beers are vegan friendly as we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy them.

Bottle from Ship In A Bottle. Appearance - golden with a slight hoppy haze. A thin but fairly attractive lacy head. Nose - malt bag and lemon. Slight yeast tang. Taste - light sherbet and light malt bag. Maybe honey. Palate - light bodied with a tangy texture (a little bit too much yeast influence) and a dry yeasty finish. Overall - I’m not 100% sure the bottle conditioning aspect of this has worked as expected. Would like to try on cask.
