Clear yellow blond beer, creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, some banana, yeasty, a little spicy, malty, some bubble gum. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, banana, a bit sourish, some coriander, sweet touch, oxidized, some bubble gum. Decent beer, but lacks some wheat acidity for a true witbier.
