Keg at the taproom, Bermondsey. Light to mid-gold, hazy with a foamy uneven white head. Brett very noticeable in the aroma but I also get sweet spice, citrus peel and hay. The taste is absolutely lovely. Sweet with citrus notes and punchy yeast, all brought into line by the dryness of the Brett. Short to medium finish. Heavy carbonation. A winner for me.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at Clapton Craft. Pours clear honey-gold with a foamy, white head. So so overall, fairly dry, has some sun-kissed grain husks, dried citrus rind, grass, a bitter chlorophenol note. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with a mild ashy note, more husky pale grains, grass, orange rind. A little rough at the edges.

1/3 @Affinity taproom. Near black pour with small creamy head. Aroma features berry sweetness, riding on top of the roasted malts. Sweet, berry chocolate vibe. More sweet than bitter. Nice feel.

50 cl can (5,8%) @ home, BBE 06/2019
Aroma has cocoa tones and chocolate. Flavour has tart-ish raspberries, some chocolate and cocoa. Raspberry is too tart here.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery taproom. Pours totally clear gold with a tight, frothy white head. A little rough around the edges, has some assertive pine and grass, flinty minerality, orange peel, light alcohol. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with massaging carbonation. Bitter finish, more grass, mild pine, dry pale bread. So so overall.

Draught at Affinity taproom. Shared with Finn and Harrisoni. Patch layer leaving crocheted lacing on the glass. Hazy golden body. Floral nose, slightly perfumed. Taste of tea-like hops followed by mid-tart rhubarb moments. Quite refreshing. (Bermondsey, London 29.09.2018).

Draught, 6.5 % abv, at Affinity taproom. Shared with Finn and Harrisoni. Patchy surface to a cloudy, warm golden body. Lacing rings down the glass. Fresh fruity aromas of peaches and orange. Similar taste of juicy orange and peaches followed by impact of citrus peels towards the finish. Fine depth. Good drinking. (Bermondsey, London 29.09.2018).
