Murky orange colour, small white head and lace. Alcohol, ripe mango and apricot in the nose. Medium to full-bodied. Flavour is also riped stonefruit, mango, apricot etc. Also some alcohol. Bold but simple.

33 cl bottle poured into a snifter glass. Near black with a thin tanned head. Sweet aroma with dark malts, coffee, liquorice, and toasted bread. Complex, layered barrel ageing - bourbon, rye, and rhum. Some wooden notes and a fairly thin mouth feel for a 8.0 % abv. beer are the drawbacks. Fine, complex, a slow sipper.

Light red with a frothy, white head. Raspberry syrup aroma. Taste is moderate dough-like sweet through the middle, with a somewhat cloying, berry-sweetness at the end. Light bodied, delicate texture, too pungent to feel watery or refreshing. Didn’t grow on me.

Pretty sweet bready and only lightly toasted malty with a subdued light hoppy backing, light bodied, overall abit too sweet and not toasty enough for me.

44 cl can from To øl advent calendar poured into a tulip glass. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, tropical impressions, slight pepper, herbal hoppy notes. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Dry and bitter finish. Nice effort from To Øl with the European hops.
